Markham Residents

If you are a Markham Resident that is 55 years old or above..

Step #1:  Visit our Club during Front Desk Hours.  Please remember to bring:

• $55.00 Fee in cash or cheque ($25 Membership + $30 Initiation Fee)
• A Current Photo I.D. (e.g. driver’s license, green health card, etc.) that shows:

1. Your date of birth
   
2. Your Markham residential address

Step #2:  Complete and submit a MOTM Application Form with your $55 and Photo I.D. to MOTM Front Desk Staff, located in the South Hall on Wednesdays 11:30 - 1:00 and Sundays 12:00 - 1:30 during Line Dance programs at Milliken Mills Community Centre.

 Step #3:  Come back at the next Front Desk hour with your registration receipt to pick up your membership I.D.

Step #4:  Have fun and enjoy your MOTM membership!  Welcome to the Club!

Non-Markham Resident

If you do not live in Markham and you’re 55 years old or more…

Step #1:  Put your name and phone number on the MOTM Non-Resident Waiting list. 

Due to the 25% membership ratio restriction, limited spaces are available.  Thank you for your patience.  When a space has become available, a MOTM Front Desk staff will call you to come in and register. 

After you have been called….

Step #2:  Visit our Club during Front Desk Hours.  Please remember to bring:

• $65.00 Fee ($25 Membership + $30 Activity + $10 Non-Resident Fee)
• A Current Photo I.D. (e.g. driver’s license, green health card, etc.) that shows:

1. Your birthdate
2. Your address

Step #3:  Complete and submit a MOTM Application Form with your $65 and Photo I.D. to MOTM Front Desk Staff.

Step #4:  Come back at the next Front Desk hour with your registration receipt to pick up your membership I.D.

Step #5:  Have fun and enjoy your MOTM membership!  Welcome to the Club!

Activity Fee $30 (Sept - mid Aug)

Non-Resident Fee  $10
